Clients seeking the services of Sterling Merchant Group in the financing of their commercial projects/ventures, and/or, in the credit enhancement of their commercial projects/ventures, should initially submit to Sterling Merchant Group the following preliminary material(s) by email or hard-copy post:

 

• Cover "Letter of Introduction", on referring entity's letterhead, requesting Sterling Merchant Group's preliminary review of the respective commercial financing or credit enhancement request; and,
• Executive Summary / Description of the Project (at a minimum), but preferably a full, detailed and scanned Business Plan for delivery via Email attachment.

Upon receipt, Sterling Merchant Group's Specialists will conduct the initial review, on a case-by-case basis, and, will make a preliminary assessment regarding the sumbitted project information in order to ascertain the viability of the project under submission. This function must be concluded prior to any determination being made as to "formal interest" on the part of Sterling Merchant Group.
